Reed Exhibitions is pleased to announce that we are hosting the Value Added Agriculture Expo East Africa from 24-25 May 2017 in Nairobi, Kenya.With the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Fisheries Kenya as a major partner and also supported by KenInvest, the Value Added Agriculture Expo – East Africa is the first event ever to focus on Value Addition Agriculture in East Africa – where only industry leaders involved in the “Made in East Africa” products and the production thereof can participate.
The Value Added Agriculture Expo – East Africa creates a business platform for new investors to explore opportunities in East Africa. It also creates opportunities for manufacturers to increase their market share by showcasing their products together with gaining more knowledge on the latest technologies to increase their production of value-added products.
The conference programme will create a dialogue amongst East Africa Government policy and decision-makers to increase the Value Added Agriculture offerings and decrease critical stumbling blocks in the industry. It will also give investors an opportunity to understand the East African Market in order to expand their businesses. Manufactures will gain more insight on the lasted technology to produce high-quality products in more cost-effective ways.
The exhibition will increase trade opportunities not only for final value-added agriculture products, but also provide the platform for international businesses to showcase latest equipment, machinery and technology in value-addition production.
Other industry organisations that are official partners include Kenya Manufacturing Association (KAM), Rwanda Manufacturing Association (RAM), Confederation of Tanzania Industries (CTI) and African Women Agribusiness Network (AWAN).
