The U.S. Department of Agriculture will release its quarterly U.S. grain stocks report at 12 p.m. EDT (1600 GMT) on Monday, Sept. 30.
The table shows analysts' estimates for U.S. quarterly grain stocks as of Sept. 1.
The average estimate for Sept. 1 corn stocks, at 1.844 billion bushels, would represent a four-year high, up 35.6% from a year earlier, and above the 1.812 billion bushels the USDA projected in its last monthly supply/demand report on Sept. 12. WASDE06
For soybeans, the average estimate of 351 million bushels would also be a four-year high, up 32.9% from the prior year. The figure is above the 340 million bushels that the USDA projected on Sept. 12. WASDE09
For wheat, the average estimate of 1.973 billion bushels would be a four-year high, up 11.7% from 1.767 billion on Sept. 1, 2023.
