Uganda will host the first-ever Cross-Border Trade Festival, dubbed The Border Breakers Innovation, from December 12th to 15th, 2024, at the Busia Border Primary Grounds. Officially launched on November 5th, this pioneering event seeks to bridge communities, celebrate cultural heritage, and foster innovation across East Africa.
The festival will bring together entrepreneurs, innovators, farmers, and creatives from across the region to exchange ideas and showcase solutions in agriculture, technology, and culture. Highlights include a free medical camp and various exhibitions aimed at empowering local communities.
